Excellent Service and Amenities

The team provided smiles and warm welcomes upon arrival. The club lounge staff was attentive and always looking after guests. Iresh and Dilruk located sold-out Christmas hand sanitizers. This was unexpected. Arif and Liaqat ensured transportation was sorted.
I faced an issue with room allocation. I booked a specific room, it was not initially available. This caused inconvenience. The hotel needs to improve its room allocation process.

Mina's Kitchen had excellent service from Nayyar , while the Fish Restaurant and Horizon featured great service from Kalesh and his team. Bussola offered nice experiences with Maribel and Vimal. The restaurants provided really good food.

the resort has multiple pools and beach bars. it provided everything needed for a full holiday within its grounds. i found the food and service to be very good. housekeeping ensured the room was super clean and we could request a specific cleaning time. it was very convenient.

The hotel offers an amazing afternoon tea. it included eight savories and eight sweets. unlimited tea and coffee came with two glasses of bubbles. the decor provided many photo opportunities. everything was delicious. I loved it.

a charmed experience

the staff was very attentive. the food was fabulous , with lots of variety. the pool area was lovely , and the cleanliness was excellent. i found these aspects really enhanced my stay.
i needed to use external apps. it would be better if restaurant bookings were more straightforward.
